Booking Services and Engagement

The Site serves as a portfolio platform for initial contact and planning. The itineraries and options presented on the Site do not constitute a binding offer. Booking tours, finalizing the itinerary, and securing logistical details are handled individually and directly with the client. Any such engagement will be subject to a specific price quote, payment terms, and a cancellation policy provided to you separately during the planning process.

Travel Insurance

I highly recommend that every guest purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability for the duration of your stay in Israel. I do not provide or arrange insurance on behalf of clients.

Health, Safety, and Circumstances Beyond My Control

Israel is a dynamic environment. The security situation, weather conditions, strikes, government decisions, or other events beyond my control may necessitate changes to the itinerary—sometimes on short notice. I will always prioritize your safety and do my best to offer suitable alternatives. Outdoor activities, hikes, and attractions involve inherent risks. By joining a tour, you acknowledge that you are aware of these risks and that your physical condition is suitable for the planned activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
